LeaderShipology was birthed out of the experiences of CEO Dr. Aminata Njeri formerly of Dynamics of Leadership, Inc for more than twelve years. Her workshops and training methodologies has gained national acclaim in more than 900 diversified institutions. Many of our workshops and seminar participants have gone on to become successful leaders in numerous arenas.

LeaderShipology envisions establishing leadership training franchises and institutions across the country and around the world that presenting a uniquely designed leadership training program for individuals who are committed to developing their leadership skills for the monumental task of 21st century leadership responsibilities.
